If you have forgotten your password, or if your password is not working then you can request a new password.
Go to ourparks.org.uk/user/password and enter the email address that you registered with.
Click 'Email new password'
You should then receive an email from [email protected] with a link to click (check your junk or spam folders)
3. Click the link in the email (or copy and paste into your browser) and you will be asked to choose a new password.
4. Press 'save and log in' and you will be directed back to the website and logged in.
Problems resetting password
If this process does not work or you get an error then please try the following:
Clear cache and cookies on your browser and then try password reset again
1) Click on your web browser settings (this is usually found by clicking the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of your internet browser).
2) Look for an option to 'clear browsing history' or 'manage website data'
3) Clear 'cookies' and or 'cache'
Then go back to ourparks.org.uk/user/password and enter your email
