Access denied message

What to do if you get an access denied message whilst trying to access Our Parks, Couch to Fitness or Coach Parker

Sometimes when logging in or trying to reset your password you may get an 'Access Denied' message or 'You are not authorised to access this page'.

Usually this is caused by the web browsers cookie or cache settings thinking that you are already logged in.

We suggest trying clearing these and then trying to log in again or reset your password

Clear cache and cookies on your browser and then try password reset again

1) Click on your web browser settings (this is usually found by clicking the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of your internet browser).

2) Look for an option to 'clear browsing history' or 'manage website data'

3) Clear 'cookies' and or 'cache'

Then go back to ourparks.org.uk/user/password and enter your email
