Can't join a programme / where are the sessions?

Once you have created a Couch to Fitness account and set your password you should be asked to select a programme to join.

However we are aware that for some users are seeing the button "Check my progress" underneath the Couch to Fitness programme instead of "Join the programme".

If you click on the "Check my progress" button and it doesn't take you to a list of all the sessions then please try the following steps.
